apparently it's a name of a setting (or a parameter) of a device (or a piece of software) ... may very well be coming from completely native techies (who often end up tackling very complicated and concept-rich domains without taking adequate time to work out adequate terminology) one way or another, makes little to no sense outside of that context |
| Контекст очевиден - TLS/SSL (это, например, когда https:// вместо http://). Данное сообщение (или подобное, но более грамотное) выдается, если две стороны не смогли договориться о протоколе шифрования. Это если в двух словах. (Если надо не в двух - то это уже не ко мне.) |
