Warrants
Proceeds from the issuance of warrants, net of issue costs, are credited to share warrants account. Share warrants account is non-distributable and will be transferred to share capital and premium accounts upon the exercise of warrants. Balance of share warrants in relation to the unexercised warrants at the expiry of the warrants period will be transferred to accumulated profits.

Выручка от выдачи варрантов, за вычетом расходов на эмиссию, зачисляется на share warrants account. Share warrants account is non-distributable и будет переведена на счета уставного капитала и эмиссионного дохода после выполнения варранта. Balance of share warrants в отношении невыполненных варрантов по истечении срока действия варрантов будет переведен в накопленную прибыль.
