Subject: Shelving Fee gen. Подскажите, пожалуйста, "Shelving Fee" - это аналог "slotting fee" (т.е. входного бонуса за размещение товара на полке/сайте) или что-то другое?Контекст - по условиям контракта сторона 1 обслуживает эксплуатацию продукта стороны 2 на определенной территории, а сторона 2 поставляет ей клиентов за процент от стоимости услуг по их обслуживанию. Так вот, помимо этого процента, сторона 2 хочет от стороны 1 еще "Shelving Feе" раз в год. |
