в действующей на настоящий момент редакции ("Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules as at present in force." // В примечании читаем: "The parties to an arbitration agreement concluded after 15 August 2010 shall be presumed to have referred to the Rules in effect on the date of commencement of the arbitration, unless the parties have agreed to apply a particular version of the Rules". // Т.е. до того, как оборот "as at present" убрали из текста, он служил указанием на конкретную редакцию регламента, а именно на ту, которая действовала на момент заключения договора.
