5:32 - But the same thing like you’re saying I mean if, you know, in like this the on-season or whatever you want to…. you wanna be able to have this kind of output, you wanna do this many workouts, you want have this many sessions, you can’t just go from doing 1 workout a day to 4. I don't think that’s a good idea, you know. It has to kinda build on itself the whole way through so that you have all that prep periods that your body can kinda handle this. You know what I mean? When you look at a lot of even Olympic runners, skaters , anything like that, they spend a lot of time in the off-season still doing, you know, crazy workouts just because when they get to that point when it's time to compete, they wanna be able do more than anybody else, and do workouts like “take-it-to-the-next-level” so to speak. And that doesn't happen in just a month, you know. Takes a lot of… a lot of time to…build into that I think

фак, следопыт - велик!
Я - серьезно, потому что действительно послушал, что расколол следопыт.
У меня результат был гораздо хуже, чем у Энигмы.
