At the satisfactory conclusion of the Acceptance Trial the Purchaser shall sign the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance in the form provided in Schedule 4. The final balance of the Contract Price shall become due and payable immediately upon signature of the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance or upon provision by the Builders to the Purchaser of the Certificate referred to at Clause 5.5 or upon the Purchaser's wrongful failure or refusal to sign the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance.\
