Subject: горячие закуски Добрый день! После обеда озадачилась вопросом.Горячие закуски. Как бы вы перевели? И вообще, есть ли такой раздел в европейском меню? |

| snack - это то что ты ешь между основными приемами пищи, так что скорее всего Hot Appetizers. но, насколько мне известно, сначала в меню идет starter, main course, fish course, dessert |

snack is used often in smaller restaurants and burger joints. it's an American thing, i can assure you. It depends on the attitude of the place. Do they want to be a restauranty restaurant or are they trying to be more down-to-earth food guys. becasue you know, in essence and appetizer is a snack. us Americans, we are odd folk :) but it all depends on the appetizers too. If it is caprese salad and good things like that, then appetizers. |

Clewlow Дык. Это ж не ресторанное меню. Это меню официального банкета, у которого несколько другие правила. Ресторан - одно. Дипломатический церемониал и протокол - совсем другое. Не путайте. |
