Phrase is used in the following sentence:
Прежние, но отмечает снижение тонуса в паретичных конечностях.

This is a physician's entry on a medical chart of a stroke patient (for the third visit), responding to the question, "Are there any complaints?" I cannot find a translation of паретичных. The rest I understand.

paretic
[Gr. parienai, to let fall]
Afflicted with or concerning paresis.

I thought that was probably it, but all my dictionaries give паретический for paretic and have no entries for паретичный. I guess it's just a variant. Thank you for the clarification.
