securitIES - чтобы не спутать с обеспечением Здесь помогут инфинитивы и апострофы, чтобы сделать фразу менее громоздкой: (...to assist the Sellers in the registration of securities on the account of the Principal in the Issuer's register or on the personal account of the Agent in the Issuer's register as a nominee of... Agent - as a nominee, IMHO |

да че тапками-то кидаться. :) здесь нужно понимать суть отношений. иначе действительно, может получиться чуш. мои имхойные предложения "ценные бумаги" здесь лучше обозвать shares - т.к. речь идет именно о них. хотя можно оставить и securities (но понятнее от этого не будет :). to assist the Seller in the registration of the shares into the Principal's name in the Issuer's share register (in US you would say "on the Issuer's stock transfer books) or into the name of the Agent acting as nominee for the benefit and ... сорри больше времени нет |
