Subject: "walk-up" (type of service) Hi friends.A drop-down menu in a computer program is labeled "Type of service." It describes how a person received help with their software/hardware, and has the following options: -walk up How would you translate "walk up?" (this means that someone physically came to the IT Help Desk for help). I'm stumped. Thanks so much! |
