Gastroscopy
Anasthesia: lidocaine spray, 10%

Apparent palmus (pulsation) on the esophagus’ sides. Cardia closes well. Sputum in the stomach. Focal etat mamelonne (hyperthrophy). Some acute erosions up to 0,3 sm in diameter. Mucosal of the antral part is with focal hyperemia and lymphoid hyperphasia. Pyloris is not blocked. Mucosal of the Pileus ventriculi (pyloric cap) is loose \ quaggy, hyperemic on the top of the folds and with an old after ulcer scar.

Statement:
Chronic antral gastritis with signs of focal etat mamelonne (hyperthrophy).
Antral erosions. Surface (superficial) duodentis. After ulcer cicatricial deformity of the Pileus ventriculi.
Helicobacter Pylori test is negative (biopsy)
