The key elements in creating a model of employee engagement is the measurement of "engagement drivers" -- that is, what are the factors or combinations of factors which have an impact on productivity and commitemtn and can be monitored and addressed through people, process or technology changes?

Факторы, влиящие на работу (производительность)?

"Фактор" мне не очень нравится, т.к. появляется ассоциация с "факторами производства" (в экономике 4 основных фактора производства: земля, труд, капитал и предпринимательская способность). "Предпринимательская способность" здесь не вполне подходит (шире). Фактор "труд" тоже (шире). У нас более узкие конкретные вещи из HR или менеджмента, скорее всего, именно по повышению мотивации работников, заинтересованности в конеченом результате и т.д.
