| бла-бла-бла, заставили Конгресс задуматься над возвращением к регулированию отрасли. it is of course, taking liberties with the english original, but hey, interpreting is not a science but an art, so we should just try our damnest to conveigh the overall meaning without veering to much away from the original phraseology. |
