Scope: This procedure describes the requirements necessary for monitoring of clinical trials, as well as the steps involved in preparing, conducting, following up and documenting a periodic Monitoring Visit and other investigational site contacts. Tasks identified as Project Manager (PM) responsibility will be assumed by the Clinical Lead (CL) for
projects where no PM isassigned.
