The Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence once issued is required to be kept by the person to whom it applies in good condition and who shall remain accountable for ensuring that no unauthorised entries are made.
Failure to comply with above may invalidate the document and could lead to the holder not being permitted to hold any certification authorisation and may result in prosecution under National law.
