Помогите с переводом, пожалуйста! Особенно интересует check for reserves (да и вообще второе предложение)).

Contract phase.
This is the phase where negotiations take place and bid alternatives are worked out. The bid estimate is checked for reserves and technical bid alternatives are worked out and estimated for price reduction.

Буду рад выслушать Ваши варианты.
