The Client agrees to completely indemnify XXX against any lawsuits, litigation or damages arising from publication in a public forum or through media channels due to the failure of the Client to conduct proper due diligence on the end clients... A public forum shall be defined as any medium used to communicate with the public at large.

"общественного" тут ничего нет

("форума", правда, тоже :-))

просто доводится до сведения неограниченного круга лиц.

то есть делается/ (становится) публично доступной
