Subject: On Ground Resistance Tester
Could anyone help with this text? What would you call "On Ground Resistance Tester" and "test leads" here??

Context:
Perform the fall-of-potential test as follows:
1. On Ground Resistance Tester, connect test leads to the X, Y, and Z terminals
2. Short the X and Xv connections on the Ground Resistance Tester

при измерении сопротивления методом падения напряжения следует:
1. подсоединить концы тестера для измерения сопротивления заземления к клеммам Х, У, Z
2. закоротить на тестере между собой клеммы X и Xv
