3.5.2 Copyright payments to record companies and/or corresponding authority shall be deducted collectively before sharing the revenue between the Parties. If there is any kind of fixed fees, such as one time fee, monthly fee, or similar, CLIENT shall pay such payments. CLIENT is responsible for delivering related and official documents concerning local copyright policy to MOTION AVENUE. CLIENT is responsible for securing that such payments shall be paid in time and within the rules and terms set by local authorities.
3.5.3 Motion Avenue shall pay all royalty payments to the Content IPR holders (original developers of the Content, such as Java game- and ring tones developers). Note! These payments are not the same as copyright payments to the record companies for the usage of ring tones.
