За предоставленное право Заемщик уплачивает Кредитору плату за резервирование ресурсов из расчета 1/3 процентной ставки по кредиту указанной в п. 2.5 Договора процентов годовых от суммы невыбранного в срок транша за период, начиная с даты окончания выборки транша, установленной в п....., не включая эту дату, по дату его фактической выборки включительно.

У меня "провал" после слов в п. 2.5 Договора. Если по смыслу - "в процентах годовых - calculated in (as?) interest per annum of the amount of the undrawn tranche?

... as a consideration for the right granted to the Borrower, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender a booking fee equal to 1/3 of the interest rate specified in...[calculated as interest per annum, etc...]?

The Borrower shall, in consideration for ..., pay a per annum commitment fee of ... clause 2.5 hereof applied to/charged on the amount of undisbursed/undrawn balance/undrawn commitment under the respective tranche; the commitment fee period shall commence immediately after the last draw down date for the tranche and shall end on the date when the balance is finally drawn down in full.

Все ИМХО. Очень смущает по смыслу этот период выборки.
