It's fine, but if it were up to me, I'd change these:

the fee - compensation
by the Appendix No. 4 - by Appendix No. 4
brokerage agreement - agency agreement
in relation to - in connection with
in relation to the performance of this agreement - under the
of this agreement - of the brokerage (agency) agreement

я бы оставила fee
связанные с исполнением агентского договора - incurred hereunder/thereunder (по контексту)
