Варианты: We are not rushing things with producing/giving birth to a baby/offspring ... not rushing into becoming parents We are not anxious to take on a responsibility for/burden ourself with a baby. |

It's weird to say "hasting", especially in this context. We are not in any haste to have a child/We are in no rush, etc. Or we aren't in any rush to have a child/baby. Also, to "conceive" also sounds strange. Normally people say "to have a baby", mainly because "conceiving" does not necessarily ensure having. (miscarriage). But if you insist on using "concieve", then "We are not in any rush to concieve." (When people talk about concieving it is automatically implied and understood that they mean a baby :) |
