В англосакс. праве есть понятие "credit organisations(institutions)" (тж., в унифицированном банк.праве стран ЕС) and that's the only legal term we can use - I am sorry! :-) |

| вижу местная "интеллигенция", а также наша местная "интеллектуальная элита" в лице л.г. подтягиваться начала, а то тихо так было... |

ket thing is it's not a legal term.... its a general blurb about being a member of various banking organizations/associations. no worries though :) and dont worry about l.g or whoever it is... they are just bored on friday like most of us |
