Subject: please Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Пожалуйста, помогите. Всегда работала с немецким, а тут вдруг договор с английского на работе подсунули. Как разобраться с этим предложением? Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: Nothing in this Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give any other person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or with respect to this Agreement or any covenant, condition or provision contained therein.
