Creating a Casing or Tubing Tally - это как? Подбор (или измерение, расчет?) длины обсадных труб или НКТ?

Вот по поводу "Tally" (Если не сложно, помогите это перевести):
A tally provides an inventory of pipes unloaded at the rig site and run into the hole. A tally can provide information about the number of joints used, the set depth of the string, and the measured depth of the hole.

Вот по поводу "Creating a Casing or Tubing Tally":
To create a casing tally for a well construction job
In the tasks pane, select Data Capture.
Select the Data Tree tab.
Expand Events and Casings/Liners.
Select Casing/Liners and choose a casing.
Create a tally summary. Enter a description and save it.
Note: You can have only one Tally Summary per tally.
Expand Tally Summary and select Pipe Data.
Create a Pipe Data item for each casing pipe type. Add new Pipe Data items as needed.
Enter values for the Pipe Data attributes and save the data.
elect Tally Sheet.
For each tally sheet, select the type of pipe from the pull-down list, enter values for the other tally sheet attributes, and save the data.
Return to the Tally Summary and view the summarized data for the pipe casings.
