Что-то сложновато получилось. Может, поправит кто? 1. At Lender's first demand Borrower shall repay the principal loan amount together with any interest thereon whether or not such amount (или loan) is due and payable (или: although [by the time of such demand] such amount may not have become due and payable). 2. The parties may effect settlement by mutually offsetting their respective financial obligations hereunder. |

сумлеваюсь я, что "by mutually offsetting their respective financial obligations" - это неплохой вариант, который стоит брать Perpetraitor, ничего личного :-) |

чиста имхо. "денежные" не знаю куда девать. The parties's mutual obligations may be discharged by set-off. |
