Subject: претензионное управление I need more help :)В 2006г. была проведена претензионным управлением работа, в результате которой судами Украины были вынесены решения о взыскании в пользу Компании дебиторской задолженности на общую сумму более xx млн. грн. - In 2006 претензионное управление has performed a review, that resulted in decisions of the Ukrainian courts on взыскании (levy/collection???) of accounts receivable in favour of the Company amountimg to xx million UAH. |
| В результате проведенной претензионно-исковой работы, судами были упразднены незаконные решения органов государственной налоговой инспекции относительно уменьшения налоговых возмещений в пользу Компании на сумму xx млн. грн - As a result of претензионно-исковой работы the courts have cancelled illegal decisions of state tax authorities concerning decrease of tax returns in favour of the Company amounting to xx million UAH. |

Ведется работа по признанию недействительными в судебном порядке незаконно заключенных договоров оперативной аренды имущественных комплексов дочерних предприятий Компании. - There are taken actions for cancellation of illegally signed operating leasing agreements of property complexes of the Company’s subsidiaries in a judicial procedure. |
| На сегодня прекращено действие 8 договоров аренды и купли-продажи и возвращено в пользование Компании имущество на сумму свыше xx млн. грн. -Nowadays there are terminated 8 leasing and sale-and-purchase agreements and возвращено в пользование of the Company property amounting to xx million UAH. |

***concerning decrease of tax returns*** tax returns - это нечто другое... Лучше уж tax refunds ***There are taken actions*** Не звучит. Courts have taken actions/steps to declare/pronounce invalid any illegally concluded contracts of operative lease of the Company's subsidiaries' property complexes. ***Nowadays there are terminated 8 leasing*** То же. To date, eight sale/purchase and lease contracts have been terminated and over $XX m worth of property has been returned to the Company. |
