люблю я слово "осваивать". Че угодно может обозначать. Мои 2 имхойных slices: enter overseas/foreign markets - в некоторых контекстах должно подойти. |

develop/grow new/foreign (overseas is not quite it, in that not all внешние are necessarily overseas - see Ukraine markets for a Russian Co, for instance) markets expand into (new, foreign, etc...) |
