Advance Parole is a document, issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to people, whose applications for permanent resident status in the U.S. are pending. During the pendancy of their applications, in most cases, they are not eligible for any visa. So, if they need to go out of the country, they must obtain Advance Parole to be able to return back to the U.S. As for translation, I would call it something like "Предварительное разрешение на въезд". |
