Subject: бизнес процесс взаимодействия с заёмщиком Помогите, пожалуйста перевести предложение:Будет внедрён бизнес процесс взаимодействия с заёмщиком на всех этапах сделки начиная от первого контакта с заёмщиком по любому из возможных каналов продаж, до закрытия сделки и её регистрации. Слепила из того что было))) |

Оч. имхо: starting with getting in touch with a borrower via/through...and winding up with closing and recording the mortgage transaction. |
| Не надо winding up - в контексте сделок это означает отменить, "распустить" сделку |

имхо ХХХ will implement a customer service business process which starts with a borrower using any (sale channel) for contact and to contract making and registration/formalisation/documentation/processing. |
