| Those obligations (without giving effect to the requirements of Soviet laws as to self-sufficiency of companies with foreign equity participation) imply that in the event of such companies lacking sufficient foreign currency resources the state should ensure that their foreign participants' (или partners'?) revenues are converted into foreign currency. |
