Subject: нарушение прав на получение медицинской помощи Пожалуйста, помогите , нужна ваша правкаВозникающие разногласия, касающиеся условий выполнения настоящего договора, Стороны обязуются решать прежде всего с помощью переговоров представителей Сторон. В случае нарушения прав на получение медицинской помощи по Московской городской программе обязательного медицинского страхования застрахованные имеют право обратиться в Городскую арбитражную экспертную комиссию (ГАЭК). вот мой вариант All disputes in connection with this Contract shall be settled by means of negotiations between the representatives of the Parties. In case of violation of the rights to receive medical services rendered within the framework of the Moscow Compulsory Medical Insurance Program the insured persons shall have a right to appeal to the Municipal arbitration expert committee. |

Persons, alleging violation of their right to (receive) medical services under Moscow's Compulsary Medical Insurance Program, may appeal to the Municipal Arbitration Expert Committee. |
