моя попытка If neither Party gives a notice on the termination of this Contract 30 days prior to its expiration, the Contract shall be prolonged every time by the same term and under the same conditions. контракты не мой конек с русского на англ, поэтому готов к злостной критике |

Оч. имхо: If neither Party gives notice of termination of this Contract 30 days prior to its termination date, the Contract shall be tacitly extended for the period and previous terms and conditions as agreed/stipulated in the previous contract. |
