Genset control cabinet (Gn)
- Genset control cabinets are equipped with alternator protection circuits, synchronization (signal) of generator breaker, alternator AVR and DEIF Multi-line PPU. More details in Genset Technical specification.

o Dead bus close of generator breaker

o kWh-counter class 0.5, including kVArh-counter class 1.0

сабж м.б. глухозаземленной шиной, а вот close не понимаю . .. Автомат замыкает на неё?

разомкнутая шина (?)
неисправная шина (?)

речь идет о защите, так что может быть:

срабатывание предохранителя генератора при заземлении шины????

наверно так - вблизи автомата проходит глухозаземленная шина
