Если серьезно, то по-английски эта вводная часть фразы переводится как *in accordance/under/as per (the provisions of) clause/paragraph/section 16.2, ...* ""In accordance with the conditions of point"" - калька. так сказать нельзя. Про цессию тоже много говорилось По-английски это называется не cession of rights (снова калька, галлицизм, которого в английском нет), a аssignment |
