Subject: OFF: RIP Crocodile Hunter Don't know if anyone here loved this man the way I do, but Steve Irvin (Crocodile Hunter) died while filming yet another one of his wild documentaries. |

putting your baby in a car is intended danger in my opinion it's jsut so common and acceptable now that no one thinks about it anymore and personally, i would trust my knowledge (if i were steve) of wild animals and thier behavior and trust my reflexes more than i could ever trust a stranger (the bus driver, other drivers on the road) call me crazy, but i see the wild animal as less dangerous |

Да, суслик, на что только люди идут ради поднятия рейтинга!!! Нина, тогда получается, что выход с ребенком на улицу - тоже намеренное подвержение опасности, поскольку может быть все что угодно, а вдруг его продует и он заболеет и т.д.??? |
| gogo, ok, and what's the sense in it? when you travel (by car or by bus), ok, you go from A to B, there is no other way out. but when you do it with a wild animal, what's the purpose? i don't see it. mere advertising. isn't that cruel in your opinion to do it with a baby only for promotion of a show? ok, wild animals may love the child and not do any harm, but this is still a stress. |
| There was indented risk in this filming session too. Just think for a moment. The stingray stung Steve not just of pure fun. This critter is known for its placid attitude. I presume that the whole drama was preceded by bullying the poor stingrey to get a best shot. So, the consequences are already the history... |

actually, he doesnt bully animals. he inspects and investigates them in their natural habitat while they are going about their business. occasionally they get pissed or see him as a threat and defend themselves. this is not bullying. and frankly, i dont think he saw any real danger for the baby. its not like he is some bumpkin who knows nothing about wild animals. but bumpkins can drive cars in russia while they are drunk, |

| Очень жаль этого человека, всегда с удовольствием смотрела его передачи. Судя по биографии такая смерть в стиле его жизни. А мне всегда казалось что у него "все схвачено" и за камерой полк людей для страховки, а оказалось... |
