ты стебешься или серьезно? Чем смогли - тем помогли. Термин новый и редко употребляемый (поиск по базам медицинской литературы дает лишь ТРИ ссылки где он употребляется), устоявшегося перевода нет. Можешь хоть "элитным контролем" обозвать. Кстати, если уж переводишь медицинскую тематику - пользуйся Medline в качестве толкового словаря :) - просто ищешь статьи в которых термин употребляется - если он не общепринятый, то обычно разъяснен в тексте.
