Available at our counters - ничего особенного, клише в аккредитиве, типа "можно получить в нашей конторе". Тут другое подозрительно -- deferred payment и at sight вообще-то или-или, не могут быть вместе. sight credits. The issuing bank assumes the irrevocable obligation on behalf of the buyer to effect immediate payment (at sight) to the beneficiary (the exporter) subject to the presentation of the stipulated documents within a prescribed period of time and fulfilment of any other applicable terms and conditions http://www.ubs.com/1/e/ubs_ch/bb_ch/finance/trade_exportfinance/akkreditiv/arten/aufgeschobene_zahlung.html Under a deferred payment credit, the issuing bank and any confirming bank undertake to effect payment on a specified later date (for instance, 90 days from the date of the transport document) subject to presentation of the stipulated documents within the validity of the documentary credit. As such, the due date must be clear from the credit. The exporter thus grants the importer time to pay. |

Shipment in one lot - отгрузка одной партией of.....metric tons +/- 5 percent of fuel - допускается отклонение на 5% в любую сторону от той цифры, которая у вас за точками скрыта for loading FOB Rotterdam - на условиях FOB (см. по Incoterms) в порту Росстердам. determined - это уже про цену пошла речь as the average of 3 days quotations -- берется среднее по котировкам за 3 дня taken from the mean of high and low quotations -- каждая как среднее между высшей и низшей for Ural (Med) -- марка нефти published in Platts Assesment -- где брать эти котировки before, on and after the date of Bill of Lading -- какие именно три дня -- за день до, на дату коносамента и на следующий день minus US $ 0/50 per metric ton. -- с вычетом полдоллара с тонны |
