I think it looks OK, Nina. I suggest "Corporate Name" instead of "Title of Enterprise." I have never seen Title of Enterprise (but I know someone will prove is de rigueur with 1000 Google links). I have never USED that term, in any case. I expect that the concept of "acting on the basis of" (which I think is perfectly OK as a translation) is aimed at determining the legal authority to bind the company. You can be director of sales, but that does not mean you have the corporate authority to sign sales contracts in the name of the enterprise. Usually, there is a mention in the corporate register of an entity (or the statutes) regarding WHO, precisely, has that authority, or what position you need to have to get that authority. Alternatively, there can be a power of attorney issued that gives such a right. I would put "Statutes, position" there in the contract and let them figure it out when they fill in the blanks, along the lines as follow: действующего на основании Устава Общества и решения Заседания Совета директоров Общества, Протокол № 10 от 10 июля 2005 года ... Положения depends strongly on the context. Here it means any document that confers on the signatory the right to commit the Enterprise, similar to the Charter. It seems that Положения applies rather to 1) state agencies, 2) state-owned entities (FGUP, etc.), 3) unincorporated offices or branches of either private or public businesses. For federal ministries/agencies/services it is sometimes translated as Statutes. For FGUP or branches, no fixed term exists, you are welcome to suggest any you find appropriate. I would reserve "Regulations" as a generic term, like "Charter or other regulation" Please feel free to criticize. |

| In my opinion, you need not be so particular at this stage. When you know who is going to sign, on behalf of what entity, etc., you will be able decide on the right term, bearing in mind all this background. |

| Составлять такую бумагу не имеет смысла. Это все надо помнить наизусть. Это как 2х2 для переводчика доложно быть. Самая простая часть любого контракта... |
