Subject: то ли опять авторские примочки, то ли я не догоняю. Дан list of traits. Для контекста приведу пару пунктов:- Is aware of how other people are being treated - Listens - Energizes others - Rewards performance И тут же: - Puts employees and customers before THEMSELVES Было бы там "himself" -тогда все понятно, а так...даже никакие варианты в голову не приходят. |

themselves=herself/himself из текста непонятно о ком идет речь: о женщине или о мужчине, потому в подобных случаях используется мн.ч. |

Strictly speaking, it is incorrect to use "them/they/their" to cover both "he" and "she" situations. Unfortunately, this incorrect usage is making inroads into English, especially AmE. So, the original is not really 100% grammatically correct. I would change the sentence, so it would be in the plural to cover both genders. |
