If the Guarantor is in breach of Clause 8.7 (Deferral of Guarantor's rights) or 8.9 (No Security from Borrower), the Guarantor shall hold on trust the payment, contribution, benefit, right or Security to transfer or pay it to the Security Trustee to the extent necessary to satisfy any of the Guarantor's liabilities under this Guarantee.
