| Ну здесь, по моим ощущениям, developingу подлежат не только indicators, но и means of verification. То есть необходимо выработать/придумать средства для выявления, подтверждения и контроля (видимо, содержания пестицидов в чём-то). |
| Спасибо! И правда,теперь понятнее, надо было только на текст по другому взглянуть оказывается. А я все примеряла developing к индикаторам. |
