"Transaction" means any transaction on sale/purchase of an Underlying Asset for Currency which is entered into by the Parties in accordance with the General Conditions.

И еще: assent to or assent by default to commencement of proceedings
1.1.42 "Insolvency Event" means in relation to either Party, the occurrence of one of the following:

(1) performance by such Party of actions having as their purpose assent to or assent by default to commencement of proceedings on liquidation, bankruptcy or appointment of a liquidation commission or other similar body or officer of the relevant Party;

Если это все тот же Договор, и у Вас речь о фьючерсах на валюту (то есть покупка "партии валюты", то предложу Валютный Базовый Актив
Базовый Актив в валютном выражении имхо неверно.

Да, это все то же соглашение.
У меня еще вопрос: filed with any court, arbitrazh court or any body citing or requesting institution of proceedings on bankruptcy.

Вот контекст:
(2) an application in relation to such Party (other than an application by the other Party in relation to a breach of obligation under the Agreement) filed with any court, arbitrazh court or any body citing or requesting institution of proceedings on bankruptcy, insolvency or liquidation of such Party (or similar proceedings); or
