Subject: Что такое PP (банковская тематика) After Client’s bank validates the Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit, the loan funds are transferred to the bank coordinates provided by Performing Party for entry into a private placement transaction. These same funds are returned ‘free & clear’ at end of contract term to the client to do as they wish. The Client may re-enter the placement for another year with these funds if the PP is still available or, if the Lender prefers, client puts the funds into an interest bearing ‘CD’ to secure another loan for whatever term.Спасибо заранее!
