10-4 i do believe you missed the subject of the sentence, shares. no offence, but you need a subject. someone will read your answer and say to themselves, "5 % of what belongs to"? |

as i said earlier: 5 % of the shares belongs to ok, subject = 5 % of the shares (this is a thing) 5 % of the shares belongs to guess i had a typo in my earlier answer. sorry to all for that. |
