Subject: no Transfer Notice has been served by any of the other Shareholders and is outstanding 18.1 The Shareholders hereby agree that, provided that (i) no Transfer Notice has been served by any of the other Shareholders and is outstanding and (ii) no Option Notice has been served by any of the other Shareholders and is outstanding, any Shareholder shall, subject to Clause 15.3, have the right at any time to exercise the option set out in this Clause 18 (the Option) in order to purchase from any other Shareholder all (but not some only) of such other Shareholder’s Shares.не могу понять в данном контексте has been served и is outstanding
