Предположу, что у Вас речь идет о выделении (гос.) финансирования для какого-то проекта, и cognizant auditor - это лицо/организация, уполномоченная/назначенная проверять, как расходуются средства. Еще это может быть аудитор, ответственный за определенный участок работ. Но, мне кажется, что все-таки у Вас тут первый случай: уполномоченный аудитор. Но уверенности нет. Аудит накладных расходов Да, организации, получающие финансирование. Наверное, можно сказать "бенефициары". ИМХО |
