Subject: выявленные в течение срока действия Договора

Устранит в течение срока, согласованного с Заказчиком, своими силами и за свой счет все дефекты в выполненных им Работах, выявленные в течение срока действия Договора и являющиеся следствием неисполнения и/или ненадлежащего исполнения Подрядчиком обязательств по Договору.

сложный пункт, не могу справиться полностью

смысл не исказил?
The Contractor shall eliminate all defects of the works completed using its own resources and at its own expense within a period of time agreed with the Customer, if the defects were detected within the effective period of this Contract and caused by non-execution or improper execution by the Contractor of its obligations hereunder.

имхо:
Contractor shall independently and at its own expense eliminate/retify all defects identified/revealed/detected in the completed works within a period of time agreed on with Customer if such defects resulted from Contractor's negligence or poor workmanship in performance of this Contract.

вместо eliminate/retify лучше remedy

много еще что надо править

Насчет править: согласен. Насчет лучше remedy позвольте с Вами не согласиться, т.к. речь идет о технических недостатках. Проверял по британским сайтам и спрашивал у носителя. rectify его абсолютно устроило.
