В связи с чем после фактического получения Подрядчиком платежа от Компании в размере ХХХ причем данная сумма представляет полную сумму, причитающуюся Подрядчику по состоянию на ХХХ за вычетом удержания в размере ХХХ, которое временно остается у Компании в соответствии с условиями Контракта настоящий документ вступает в силу и тем самым освобождает от любых прав на удержание, распоряжения о приостановке или закладных прав, которые Подрядчик имеет в отношении Проекта по состоянию на дату передачи.
