Particulars (ie date, type of document and accounts covered) of any written acknowledgement of set-off, either by specific letter of set-off, or incorporated in some other document or security.

its a point in a list of things the auditos want.

this is what i have so far - not looking good

Реквизиты (т.к. число, вид документов и счетов
covered) любого письменного подтверждения of set-off,
или by specified letter of set-off, или включено в каком-то другом документе или поручительстве

Сведения (дата, вид документа и счета, на которые он распространяется) о любом письменном подтверждении взаимозачета - либо в виде отдельного документа (о взаимозачете), либо в виде положения другого документа или обеспечительной документации???
